[Kde-imaging] (No more) batch plugins in kipi

Well there are external contributors also :)

As far as i can say, since i'm not only a digikam user, i agree
batch plugins should be (at least also) in kipi-plugins.

However this release has been developed almost only by digikam
developers but for sure dead lines were managed by Gilles and i
can see why something has been cut. 
Anyway I do hope this is not a final decision, but only a 
kipi-plugins 0.2.0 one, because of the lack of contributions.

My 2€ cents.
