[Kde-imaging] Flickr export plugin extended to support 23hq.com

I am traveling without my personal laptop which has the virtual Linux that I
use for development so as such I won't be able to look at detail into the
Change list right now but a text view of ur patch looks good to me. Thanks
for extending the plugin!
