Good work, Gustavo! But don't jump to a conclusion just yet.

OlympusIp is a Sub-IFD, that means there is nothing in there for Exiv2 to
interpret. Check with another tool to see if the values differ.

As Alex already said in comment #9, is the Exif data in the makernote still
valid for the converted image data? In particular the black level value?
