Hi, i found the guilty!!!
Try the following to see if anyone can reproduce it:
-Convert original ORF file with Kipi-dngconverter
-Assure result is bad (black/green picture in every raw developer)
-Delete "Exif.OlympusIp.BlackLevel" tag with exiv2
(exiv2 -M"del Exif.OlympusIp.BlackLevel" file_kipi.dng)
-Test resulting file with digikam, lightzone, rawtherapee: no black/green
thing.
-Make an export from both orf and modified dng to png and compared both...
looks identical.

So... maybe a bug within exiv2 interpretation of Exif.OlympusIp.BlackLevel?
