Some progress :

If i comment this line :

Now jpeg preview image embeded in DNG is fine. RAW data color still wrong.

If i uncomment this line, JPEG preview has the same side effect than RAW color.
This is really strange because JPEG preview is computed with DNG sdk using
common RAW image data extracted from ORF file, and stored in DNG in dedicated
format.

So, there is problem with Exiv2 here, but not only... Andreas ?
