My idea was to move libkipi to something similar to kdesupport which would
just separate it from the rest of extragear-libs and not need to be released
with KDE core.
To compile Gwenview and all the kipi-plugins one would compile:
1. extragear/support-gears (which would include libkipi)
2. kdegraphics (Gwenview)
3. extragear/libs
To compile DigiKam one would compile:
1. extragear/support-gears
2. extragear/libs
3. DigiKam
If support-gears is in the extragear folder it could be auto built with
DigiKam.
(support-gear could also be called someting else like extragear/support-libs)
It would make it clearer if the libs in support-.. provide optional features
used by kdegraphics while the rest of extragear can rely on features from
kdegraphics.
