[Kde-imaging] releasing extragear

ok, i'm going to take a run at making individual tarballs tonight... they will 
then end up on the ftp alongside the other kde tarballs sth like this:

extragear/
	graphics/
		kpovmodeller-4.0.tar.bz2
		k...
		k...
	plasma/plasma.tar.bz2
	libs/
		graphics.tar.bz2

etc...

if everyone who has an app ready for release could *please* make sure the 
version number is appropriate, that'd be great. you can follow the kde 
version number (4.0beta3 in this case) if you want, but you do not have to. 
you can follow your own version numbering system if you wish.
