[Kde-imaging] releasing extragear

hi all ...

so i spent some time with dirk on irc today trying to come up with a plan for 
releasing extragear/graphics/ (and eventually all of extragear) that will 
work for packagers.

on my list of apps to get released along with or shortly after beta3 (and 
certainly with every release after that) include:

- kcoloredit
- kfax
- kiconedit
- kphotoalbum
- kpovmodeler
- kuickshow
- ligature

i'm not sure about the status of:

- digikam
- kgrab
- kgraphviewer

we're still going over whether or not make one big tarball of the apps in 
extragear/graphics or to make individual tarballs .. i'll keep you posted in 
any case.

if anyone knows the status of the above 3 "don't knows" please let me know.
