Is jpegran actively mantained? I only found http://jpegclub.org/

The same problem also occurs with 
exiftran -9 img_7951-thumb.jpg -o img_7951-thumb_rot_exiftran.jpg

Both exiftran and jpegtran depend on libjpeg62 ....

So what should be done about this bug?
