[Kde-imaging] kipi plugins docs problem

Hi,
we still have problems building docs for kipi-plugins
we need to release kipi-plugins soon (at least a new pre-release)
in my plans i'd have liked to have final next week-end but a new pre-release
is more probable.
Anyway i'd like to include again docs before freezing strings.
Kipi-plugins from branch: branches/extragear/kde3
and docs from trunk/l10n-kde3:
