[Kde-imaging] kde-imaging moderatoring flag

Ahh so you are the one changing it. I was rather puzzled that I thought I 
changed this already.

The problem is that bugzilla is subscribed to the list, and the senders are 
the people who file bug reports.

Can that be changed in bugzilla?
