[Kde-imaging] moving from libkexif to libexiv

Gwenview doesn't.

Ok this point has been fixed.

We leave libkexif on her own by now. After next release we could 
think to remove it.
If some distros want to fix something in todays release can have the
svn access by now, even if the revision tag is always present in future :)
