And now a little todo list:
- If we have to do an official announcement is there
  anyone who can do or teaching me what to do?
- the README file missed the xslt requirement
  for html export (Aurélien can you add it please)
- INSTALL is empty (I'll fill)
- I changed a bit the ruby scripts, I've also added
  (not released yet) three new ones to prepare releases.
  They change all the version and if you think they are ok,
  I can ask Toma for a review and for adding the automatic 
  changelog update command in them. (WDYT?) 
- kipi page is outdated, i cannot release it so I attach the
  patch, but before committing can you please check it, if it's ok?

About future:
Gilles if you think we can remove libkexif before 0.1.0 (e.g.
for next release maybe rc3) and you have time i believe you can
go on.

Now waiting for BKO :)
