They were added by Toma since i wasn't able to use
svn2log.py. But I believe that could happens because
the script download the source files from svn so it
can happen that someone release after the changelog
has been modified (I, for instance, released it after 
rebulding the package)

Ops I built the packages simply using toma's ruby scripts,
I trusted them and didn't checked any release number :(
I don't know anything about lsm is it sufficient to change that

Probably a bug on script I'll try to check it in previous 
package there weren't any.

Anyway I tried the line you told me before (e.g.
`export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8; svn info #{name} | egrep '^Last Changed (Rev|Date):' > RELEASE.rev`)
but it didn't work and now i understood why:

[angelo at localhost kipi-plugins]$ export LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8; svn info | egrep '^Last Changed (Rev|Date):'

Ok I'll add that line to ruby scritp if you like to have 
RELEASE.rev into the package.
I thought it was important to have it into changelog first 
(I mean in svn).
I read  digikam PACKAGING, we could add a
similar one to libkipi, libkexif and kipi-plugins.

I didn't check the next two at the moment but I believe i was wrong
in the same way as above

Ok I can check and probably fix the ruby script (funny i haven't
written a single raw of ruby code before :) ) to have a better
tarball. But I cannot (well I have to test it again) make
a better changelog by now. Since Gilles and probably Aurélien
had committed new things, I don't know if i can release them
in rc2 - can you two tell me please?
So what i can do is
a) wait for Gilles and Aurelien comments and
   eventually rebuild the packages.
b) modify teh tarballs by hands, release them
   and commit the changes.
WDYT?
