[Kde-imaging] New kipi-plugins 0.1.2 available for testing

Hi Tom,
sure they belong to the desktop files. They include the translations for
the name and comments of the kipi plugins, that will be seen by the
application(e.g. digikam) that loads them. You will find them in the
digikam settings, when you check which plugins you like to load.
