sure they belong to the desktop files. They include the translations
for the name and comments of the kipi plugins, that will be seen by the
application(e.g. digikam) that loads them. You will find them in the
digikam settings, when you check which plugins you like to load.<br>

either and we never received a comment about that. I wonder if:
- they are needed and if they are needed;
- if they should have there current name
"desktop_extragear-libs_kipi-plugins.po" or should be renamed.
- if they need special treatment when installing or does the build system
deals with them automatically.
Anyone an idea?

Thinking about it more, isn't the info in the l10n desktop files merged back
to the desktop file in kipi-plugins? I think so, so the info should be in the
kipi plugins desktop file and so the l10n desktop files should not be
packaged.
