[Kde-imaging] Discussing the future of kipi and kipi-plugins

i think Kipi is a great idea and that, given appropriate marketing,
could be integrated nicely into konqueror and other programs.

I think the abstraction provided by Kipi is a great idea and is
fundamental to the collaboration of KDE programs. Just look at taglib.
