currently the html export kipiplugin allows for some nice color and border adjustment etc, and creates usable webpages.

However it would be very nice, if the plugin would allow theme creators to create cool or very cool templates, and the user could choose a template/theme, add a few adjustments (depending on the selected theme) and create more cool-looking webpages.
