[Kde-imaging] New flickr-upload plugin

Hi folks,

I want to say thank you for the new upload plugin! It works nice and easy, and 
is just what I needed - thank you very much!

If someone wants to have a look how it looks like and is working, I made some 
screenshots of the digikam test within my kdesvn-build:
