[Kde-imaging] pkg-config and other stuff

coming to think about it...

recently there was lot of heated argument between some kde developers over
the issue of Enter/Ctrl-Enter in kopete. and i laughed at them for
fighting over such a trivial issue. now i find myself doing the same. so i
will back down from this issue. in any case, its not a undoable thing; we
can always come back to this down the road.
