okay. Current plan: I copy the ones from kipi-plugins and

Hmmm, then give cvs2dist a try.  Needs 10 min on a Pentium M at 600 MHz
and a fast internet connection:

Fine with me.  If there would not the be debian policy I would
never to such boring work ;)

FWIW KDStream.cpp and .h is GPL not LGPL as the rest.  Not
sure about the implications on libkipi.
