so is it a common consesus to have a beta release now? i'm in favor of the
idea: have a libkipi (stable) and kipi-plugins (beta) release now; and fix
the rest of the bugs during the beta stage. it would help apps waiting on
libkipi to atleast make a beta release. what do the rest of the you think?
