| I second this. Releasing libkipi without plugins is not a good idea IMHO.
I'm in the process of moving, so I dont have time to participate in the 
discoussion. My point is simply this (and I accept any democratic decition):
kipi could give us all a lot of publicity, so I thing we should release it 
with at least some plugins.
