Changed the way KIPI libs and includes are detected so that the whole
kdeextragear-libs-1 can be build without having to install libkipi first.
Thanks to David Faure for his amazing autotool skills :-)

Don't prevent the build if imlib is not found, just disable compilation of the
slideshow plugin.
