ignore me. i'm a dumb dodo. of course the kipi-plugins depend on libkipi
which is in the same parent module. still i don't like kipiplugins being
in kdeextragear-libs-1 as it doesn't fit in there. it would be nice to
have it moved to one of the regular extragear modules
