This is sound come from in the case of libkipi (not the plugins) isn't 
installed before on your system... I haven't this problem on my machine 
because i have already libkipi installed...

A short way to solve this is :

cd libkipi (in kdeextraggear-libs-1)
su 
make install
cd ..
exit
make
...

There is certainly a problem in the makefiles.
