[Kde-imaging] Started integration in Gwenview

Just a quick note to let you know I started to add KIPI support to Gwenview. 
For now I ported the DemoInterface to Gwenview code, so I have a nice plugin 
telling me "Hello world!" :-). I haven't commited it yet, I need to play a 
little with the autotools to add a --enable-kipi switch, otherwise other 
users won't be happy...
Once this is done I intend to write a real implementation of the KIPI 
interface. Gwenview should be "KIPI ready" by this time.
