Tocmai am adăugat şi

Am făcut şi niste teste pentru o locală ro_RO.ISO-8859-16, dar am
explicat[*] de ce nu o voi promova. (In special este faptul că nu
adresează total problema cacterelor necesare pentru limba română şi
pentru că ar adăuga un supliment de probleme inutile şi o mai mare
confuzie).
