[PATCH] plasmanetworkmanagement_openconnectui.po: Fix capitalization

Beste mensen,

The attached patch fixes a pet peeve of mine in the plasma-nm VPN
connection dialog: there's a checkbox whose text is not properly
capitalized.

Do let me know if there's a better way to submit it.
