[kde-i18n-lt] accelerator clashes and kbabel in howto

There is a statement on accelerator clashes in KDE translator's howto
that I don't think is correct:

"Accelerator clashes can be checked via KBabel as well."

For me KBabel only checks, if I have omitted accelerator in msgstr field
when there is one in msgid field, or vice versa. It does not check if
there are accelerator clashes in the same menu of the program, to quote
the howto:

"there's not something like "&Save" and "&Save as" but maybe "&Save" and
"Save &as" )"
