[Kde-i18n-fa] Request for Recommendation on Language Name

I think farsi is more accurate for this project because we have more folks
and languages like kurdish or arabic or baluch, etc. and we are translating
farsi that is most familiar language spoken in iran. if we want to emphasis
on our nationality persian is better.
and i agree with Arash that the focussing on project is more important than
those issues, to provide more complete and standard translation.
