[Kde-i18n-fa] "add" and "afzoodan" or "ezafeh kon"

Another important point: Throughout KDE we have used the infinitive form. 

While translation "add" please also note that we have used "Afzoodan" and 
not "Ezafeh kardan". If you encounter "Ezafeh kardan" for one word or 
short statements, it has to be changed to "Afzoodan".
