But aim is to avoid the inconsistency. Everybody serious about translating 
KDE has to use this tool in order to make sure that his/her translations 
are in synch with the whole of FarsiKDE.

This is the only way to go. We need to care about other translations and 
have to make sure that we do not enter inconsistencies into FarsiKDE.

I think what I have written above is the best way to get going.

I suggest, that we begin with kdebase. Each of the volunteers that have 
said that they will help, should take/adopt 10 files from kdebase and 
begin with a fuzzy and untranslated strings review.
While doing this you will encounter possible inconsistencies, which you 
should report on the list and then discuss which would be the solution.

1. it is mandatory that the translation database be built everyday, so that 
it can show the new changes.
2. We will be working on BRANCH and not on HEAD.

Now we need only to make sure that we don't work on the same files.
