I agree that we should change 'zaghe' but IMHO 'zakhireh' is not a good 
alternative, because we use it for 'save'.
The first word, which is also the one with the highest frequency, is 
'kaasheh'. I actually like this word. And else where you can also find the 
word 'kaashehsaazi' for 'caching'.
So my suggestion is: 'kaasheh' and 'kaasheh saakhtan'.
What do you think?

Out of the 19 translations given in the "dictionary of computers and 
informatics" only one sounds useable to me: 'bitnegaasht'.
