Yes, Abbas mentioned this in Farsi KDE mailing list. Abbas is an active
member of the Farsi KDE translators, and I wish him success in
translating pgAdmin into Farsi.
We have developed the linuxiran.org! <http://www.linuxiran.org> website
which strives to be the central place hosting Farsi related free
software projects. If things go well, mailing lists and forums for
Farsi translation of pgAdmin will be added there soon, and will be
assigned to Abbas Izzad.
I myself will also try to give Abbas a hand, if time allows.

I just installed poEdit on my Debian Woody system. Unfortunately though
I have the correct font and keyboard setting and everything, I am not
able to type Farsi in it.
As far as I remember, wxWindows uses GTK as it's interface on Linux
systems. I have GTK 1.x installed on my system, which doesn't support
Farsi. However GTK2 (which I don't have) supports Farsi.
poEdit on my system uses GTK 1.x and thus doesn't support Farsi. I am
not sure if wxWindows can work with GTK2 or not. If it can, then on a
system with GTK2 present, it might work and farsi might be supported in
it.
Abbas, please install and test poEdit (which is a wxWindows based PO
editor) on your mandrake 9.1 system which has got GTK2. Update us, on
wethwer wxWindows can work with GTK2 or not.
Cheers
