[Kde-i18n-fa] Kbabel does not start

The error message is self explanatory. look at the end of config.log and 
see what it says. 

My guess is that configure can't find your Qt, because it is installed 
in a non-standard location. Give the location of where Qt is installed 
to configuer (as an option) and run it again. Also delete the file 
config.log before running configure again.

There is something wrong with your Qt/KDE installation. Something is 
broken. I think you have broken Qt.

If giving the location of Qt doesn't work, then compile Qt, and then 
compile Kbabel.

It's the Treaed runtime version of Qt GUI

apt-cache search qt-mt should give you some nice package to play with.
