[Kde-i18n-fa] Kbabel does not start

another strange thing is that when I try to install kbabel with apt-get and 
internet it says that it need download about 46 Meg of program. I don't see
any relation between some of them at all.

I don't see why the family of pythons  should be installed  for installing 
Kbabel. Does anybody know why?
