[Kde-i18n-fa] Unable to login into anoncvs

Hi there:

It has been 2 days now, that I can't login to KDE anoncvs. I get a error 
message, telling me, connection refused.

Is anybody else, working with anoncvs, also experiencing same things? 
This has caused me, not to be able to translate for 2 days now.
