Hello,

Orphan .po are just .po files without translator. If a translator decide to 
abandon a file, coordinator has to tell it to the system. 

There's no detection of inactivity if it is what you mean. But it could be 
possible de create a report to help coordinator to find translator that have 
work to be done and did not do anything since n month.
