What i want to say is that ideally if you are unsure of how to translate the
string "Open" you should either run the application (or webpage in this case)
to try to find out where that string appears or you should ask this list. As I
say that is the ideal scenario and i know almost noone does it (I did not do
it when I was translating stuff).

I never said you should know that, and if i did it is because my english is
not as good as i would like it to be.

I actually thought it was pretty obvious, but if you don't think so i'll try
to make it more verbose. Again, ideally you should ask if you find a new .po
file to translate and you do not know what it belongs to.
