Hi folks !

As you can on http://l10n.kde.org web site, you can now create an
account (Register link) to communicate with people of your team. New
translators will be able to do the first step to meet their favorite
language translation team, and after sometimes, be officially added to
the list of translators of the team info page.

For those who are not on the info page of their team and want to be
added by their team admin, simply create an account on l10n.kde.org,
and wait that team admins approve your request.

For teams who have no coordinator (in the l10n.kde.org web site),
create also an account and then ask me to begin team administrator
(and then manage this info page, and the translators)
