Riograndenser Hunsrickisch language team

Hello! I'd like some help on how to start a new team for translating KDE into Hunsrickisch (ISO 639-3: hrx), region Brazil (therefore hrx_BR). Me and a friend of mine are already available to start translating. A few months ago I had sent a similar message, but Hunsrickisch (hrx_BR) was not available in glibc. This is not the case anymore as glibc 2.44 (released July 2026) now supports hrx_BR!
