l10n.kde.org is temporarily disabled

[Luigi Toscano]

Hi,
Sorry for the unexpected notice but I've temporarily taken l10n.kde.org while
figuring out how to fix the new security issues that just hit PHP (the
underlying system is a bit outdated).

This does _not_ impact the access to the translation files and templates
through SVN/git.

I apologize for the inconvenience but there is no quick workaround.

Ciao
