[fa] Persian translation update for KDE 6

Dear KDE i18n Team and Coordinators,

I am writing to submit an update for the Persian (fa) localization of KDE 6
(covering Plasma 6, KDE Frameworks 6, and KDE Gear applications).

Over the past period, I have brought the Persian translation catalogs to
100% completion across all active KDE 6 message catalogs:

- Scope & Coverage: All 2,076 message catalogs (over 220,000 strings) in
trunk/l10n-kf6/fa/messages.
- Quality & Verification: All PO files have been strictly verified with
`msgfmt --check` and contain 0 syntax, markup, or formatting errors.
- Orthography Standards: Full adherence to Persian typography (strict
Zero-Width Non-Joiner / ZWNJ usage, pure Persian letters 'ی' and 'ک', and
preservation of Latin ASCII unit symbols such as "%1 MiB" to prevent UI
parsing defects).

Because I currently do not have SVN write access to trunk/l10n-kf6/fa,
could an i18n coordinator please assist with reviewing and
importing/committing these files into upstream SVN?

Additionally, I would like to actively maintain and coordinate the Persian
localization team going forward to keep catalogs continuously synchronized
with new KDE releases. Could a coordinator please sponsor my KDE Developer
Account application (for SVN commit access to trunk/l10n-kf6/fa) on
identity.kde.org?
