git to svn problem issue

Hi,
we noticed there was an issue in the synchro from git to svn resulting
to svn erasing back in git the translations. It seems to be present
for at least a few days but not for all locales (and not all days for
all the locales).

I've fixed it (by cherry-picking the previous commits) for:

* zh_CN: @Yunhe, can you please check directly? The changes are mostly
formatting, I can't really see what has been changed and if some
strings are missing. If possible, it would be really nice to have a
similar wrapping between crowdin and scripty (this is not the only
language, some summit users have the same issue)

I did a pass on all locales but please double check I didn't miss
some, you know better than me your recent changes :). It does not
affect changes done in summit directly as we don't synchronize it.
