Better wording for Print Manager checkbox

Hi,

While I was looking for the recently filed bug [1] on the Korean translation of 
print-manager, I found that the source string could be misleading too. The 
string in question is in printer settings [2]: there are two checkboxes for 
sharing the printer and whether the printer should accept the job. I initially 
interpreted the checkbox as a state indicator, but it was actually changing 
the CUPS status.

Now I also think that the original English string could be confusing, and some 
members in the Matrix room also suggested this. One of the suggestion was 
"Accept print jobs", removing -ing, or adding a context information. What is 
your opinion on the source string?
