The nan_TW at latin stats page is broken

Fixed, i had added the team "correctly" back then but didn't realize i got an 
error back. The team name was too long for the field of the database (12 
characters vs limit was at 11), i have increased the limit to 12 and added it 
again.

The statistics show as empty but they should be added in 48 hours, please ping 
me if it does not.
