The nan_TW at latin stats page is broken

(I'm sending this on-list since I think this may be useful for future reference)

Having newly gotten the nan_TW / nan_TW at latin team created, I'm now gradually working on translating it (while also trying to find others to join in on the effort).

However, the stats page for nan_TW at latin[1] is broken, saying the team doesn't exist, even though the team info page does exist[2].

>From checking the websites/l10n-kde-org source code this discrepancy is because nan_TW at latin is in the "teaminfo" table (used by team-infos.php, through get_teamnames()) but not the "teams" table (used by the stats pages, through get_teams()).

The stats being unavailable for nan_TW at latin is quite inconvenient. It would be nice if this could be fixed.

(As for nan_TW, it has no issues.)
