6.6 String freeze exception request

Greetings:

I'm requesting a string freeze exception for 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/print-manager/-/merge_requests/298. This 
MR adds a proper check for "receptacle" marker types used in printing 
devices.  We're adding one notification string with this MR.

As I am not subscribed to this mailing list, please use "Reply All" 
rather than "Reply List".
