String freeze exception for Krita 5.2 branch

Hello translators,

there's two string additions in Krita's stable branch as well as manual entries for them. They are toggles in the preferences for workarounds for certain Android tablets that are unfortunately very necessary to make drawing work to an acceptable degree.
